I dont know what happened to local smoke, but it was the worst bbq I have had from there. Ribs were stringy and had no flavor. Cole slaw was nothing but cabbage without dressings. Chili was so salty it could not be eaten...never had a bad meal from there before...i will not be going back!!!
What a great spot. I was in the area for a convention, and I found this place for lunch. The staff was super nice, and the bbq hit the spot . Staff was super friendly, too
Excellent BBQ place. The pulled pork sandwich is great and doesnt need any added sauce. Same with the pulled buffalo chicken. The brisket sandwich is also really good but does need some sauce in my opinion.
I never imagined finding a place as good as this. Im from Texas and I came to this area for work. I stopped by Smoke Local. I doubted it would be any good, but they surprised me with such good flavor and excellent service. So if youre in the area, stop by and enjoy the great flavor of Smoke BB!

After living in North Carolina for the past 6 years, one thing Ive missed is some really good BBQ. This place hits the spot. Mac and Cheese Bites are amazing. Pulled Pork and Buffalo Pulled Chicken are also incredibly tasty
